The exterior facades of the Manors at the Crest corner and sections of the south and east sides display locally quarried and cut Indiana Limestone supplied from Accent Limestone located in Spencer, Indiana.  In addition to the limestone veneer, other materials such as brick, fiber cement panels, concrete, and steel are used to wrap the building.
