Prominently featured on the corner elevations and select portions of the south and east façades is locally quarried and precision-cut Indiana Limestone, sourced from Accent Limestone in nearby Spencer, Indiana. This iconic natural stone not only grounds the building in regional identity but also adds texture, warmth, and timeless elegance to the architectural composition.

Complementing the limestone veneer is a thoughtful mix of brick masonry, fiber cement panels, concrete, and steel elements—each contributing its own aesthetic and functional qualities.
