A vertical perspective of building #1 of the The Quarters at Bloomington complex nearing completion. The exterior facade of this building is mainly fiber cement wall panels and cantilevered wood framed decks provided for each dwelling unit. A total of five multi-storied buildings were constructed on the former site of the Rogers Building Supply Group facility that had closed down decades ago.
