The Revere Homes project encompassed the thoughtful design and development of 30 single-family residences, featuring a mix of one-story and two-story layouts. Spearheaded by the talented team at Design Justice Architects, each home style reflected a tailored approach to both form and function—designed with the goal of supporting community growth and long-term sustainability.

To comply with state building regulations and ensure each home operated efficiently and safely, every residence in the project demanded a fully detailed set of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical (MEP) drawings. These plans went far beyond simple schematics—they formed the technical backbone of each structure, outlining how critical systems would function and interact within the home.

By addressing everything from HVAC routing and water supply to electrical circuits and energy usage, the MEP drawings provided clarity not only for permitting authorities but also for contractors and tradespeople on the ground. Their precision helped eliminate ambiguity, reduced the risk of costly field changes, and ensured that all systems were coordinated before construction began. As a result, the building process was more streamlined, efficient, and aligned with both code requirements and long-term performance goals.

Strategically distributed throughout the Logansport, Indiana region, these homes were positioned to enrich various neighborhoods with accessible, energy-efficient housing options. By prioritizing affordability without compromising quality or modern design, the Revere Homes initiative played a crucial role in meeting the area’s growing housing needs—offering families a safe, welcoming place to call home.
